Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Soy, Almond or Coconut Milk
Two ripe Avocados
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Cup pitted Dates
1 Tablespoon natural sweetener, such as Stevia
How to prepare your Avocados...
1.
Cut Avocados in half, removing the pit.
2.
Slice cross-wise into meat of Avocados with knife
.
3.
Press into blender.
(below)
Directions:
1.
Place all ingredients into blender.
2.
Pulse until dates are broken up well, then blend until smooth.
(Note: May have to use more milk if mixture not smooth enough)
3.
Refridge for at least one hour
before eating.
4.
Enjoy! (can eat with berries to add more sweetness or top with coconut shavings!)
Serving size:
1/4 C mixture
