I have found that if I don't have a solid reason for doing something I will have a greater failure rate than if I know my "whys" & "hows!" I have created this page not only to keep me moving but to keep me accountable and to track my progress.

Lori Harder's Busy Bodies Program
After going through a tragic event a couple weeks ago, I've decided to go back to my roots and do what always makes me happy - EXERCISE.
Not just exercising, because I've always been an active person, but a regimen-style exercise program to jump start me. I need this jump start. I need a change. And what better way to change than through sweat, heavy breathing and yummy foods? For me, it's my medicine. It's what works, every time, when I'm having to face the lows life can throw at us.
My low?
It was probably the worst low of my life.
All within a few months my husband and I were the most excited we've ever been when we found out we were pregnant, which turned tragically into losing our first baby in a miscarriage.... You can read more about our story HERE.
And we all know, with those lows it can feel extremely difficult, sometimes even impossible, to take care of ourselves in the ways we know we need to...
...in order to get back on our feet.
So... Why did I choose this program? What's so special about it? Well, let me tell you!
This woman, Lori Harder, has been an inspiration to me since I first discovered her. She's from my area, same state, and has blossomed her fitness career into international stardom, appearing in the pages of Oxygen regularly. She started up her business for busy women, who want to get fit and healthy and she's been very successful in helping them transform their lives. Lori has an online coaching program where you get training, meal guidance, monthly homework, chances to win contests and prizes, fitness advice and so much support. It's something that anyone can do, anywhere, even without a gym membership, if you choose!
These are just some of the reasons I've joined her online fitness "gang," but the main reason was because I trust in her knowledge and advice. Through the years of knowing her I've seen her progress and thrive, and I know I will get exactly what I need from her program. She makes things workable, doable and very fun. Her recipes are easy and healthy and oh, so yummy too!
I've only just started the program but already feel the inner changes.
That voice in my head that says.... "Yes, you can."
That inner knowing that everything actually WILL be alright.... Someday..... Little by little.
I find myself smiling more. The happy hormones are being released. I'm feeling proud to take charge of taking care of me.
